Delete your Paw Encore account

You can ask us to delete your Paw Encore account and the game data associated with it. This does not delete your Google, Google Play Games, or TikTok account.

Request deletion without the app

Email hikooStudio@outlook.com with the subject Paw Encore account deletion request.

Please include:

  • the platform you used: Google Play Games or TikTok;
  • your in-game player reference or platform display name, if available; and
  • the country or region from which you are making the request.

We will reply with proportionate steps to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send us your password, OAuth code, session token, government ID, or payment details.

Start an email request

Request deletion inside Paw Encore

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Delete account and game data.
  4. Review the consequences and confirm the request.

If you cannot access the Game, use the email process above; you are not required to reinstall the Game.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the Paw Encore account and associated saved progress, sessions, inventory, energy, poster progress, rewards, platform-to-player identity mapping, and related account analytics controlled by HIKOO STUDIO.

Deletion is permanent. Trial play is not an account and does not have saved progression on our backend.

Limited retention

Active account data is removed within 30 days after verification. Encrypted backup copies expire within a further 14 days. We may retain a minimal record where necessary to demonstrate completion, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud and abuse. See the Privacy Policy for details.
